Processing is the time we need to prepare your order before it goes to the carrier. Transport starts once the parcel has been handed over. These are estimates for normal circumstances. Public holidays, busy periods and delays at the carrier can make delivery take longer. Pickup-point delivery is slower than home delivery.
Shipping rates
Free shipping applies to the Netherlands only, on orders from 75 euro. Everywhere else you pay the rate below. Where a country has more than one option, you choose your method at checkout.

Where we deliver
We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
Perfume contains alcohol, so carriers treat it as a flammable liquid. Transport rules differ per country and per carrier. That is why some shipping options may not be available for your address.
Tracking
Where the carrier supports it, your dispatch confirmation email contains a tracking link. If you did not receive one or the tracking does not update, email us with your order number.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need a reason.
- Email us at info@faanperfumes.eu with your order number and tell us you want to withdraw.
- Send the bottle back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of the return, unless the bottle is defective or we sent you the wrong item. Then we pay.
- We refund your payment, including the standard shipping cost of the original order, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have the bottle back or you have shown proof of posting.
Sealed bottles only: perfume is applied to the skin, so the right of withdrawal ends once you have broken the seal after delivery. Opening the outer shipping box does not count as breaking the seal.
A bottle arrived damaged, or it is not the one you ordered? Contact us as soon as you notice it and add photos of the bottle and the packaging. We fix it at no cost to you. The full rules are in our refund policy and shipping policy.
