About this fragrance
Amjad Kingdom is a warm amber with resin and musk. You smell vetiver and ambrette first, then styrax and violet, then ambergris and labdanum. It is an Extrait, so it is strong and you need little. Wear it in cold weather and in the evening. It is not sweet.
Kingdom is an Extrait de Parfum, the most concentrated type of perfume, and it feels like it. It is amber, resin and musk with a touch of violet in the middle.
The opening is earthy and soft: ambrette, elemi, vetiver and a little hibiscus. Then the heart turns warm and sticky with styrax, amber and benzoin, and violet adds a cool, powdery thread. The base is labdanum, ambergris, musk and Amber Xtreme, a dense, warm finish that lingers on skin and fabric.
It is a scent for the cold months and for evenings. It suits men and women, and a small amount goes a long way. If you like deep amber fragrances with more texture than sugar, Kingdom is a strong choice. It is not sweet, and it does not try to be.
