Christmas perfume gifts: FAAN ideas by person and delivery dates

Order early: what the delivery times mean in December

Delivery has two parts. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 in the rest of the EU. Transport then takes 2 to 4 working days in the Netherlands and 3 to 5 elsewhere. Add them up for 3 to 6 and 5 to 8 working days in total.

In December, public holidays and carrier delays can stretch that. The dates above are our suggestion for a safe margin, not a guarantee. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day. If a bottle shows as sold out, ask to be notified on the product page and have a second choice ready.

Gifts for him

• Qasida Sahm: written for him. Mango and ginger first, oud and leather last. Eau de Parfum, listed for autumn and spring.
• Amjad Honour: frankincense, saffron, rose and oud. An Extrait, one of our best sellers, for someone who likes a bold, warm scent.

If he wears nothing now, pick Sahm. It is the more approachable of the two.

Gifts for her

• Qasida Queen: written for her. Dark cherry, clove, vanilla and coffee. Eau de Parfum, listed for date nights.
• Qasida Signature: praline, almond, cinnamon and vanilla. Listed unisex, warm and easy to like.

If you do not know her taste, Signature is the safer guess.

Gifts for someone who owns too much

Choose something that feels different from what they already have. Amjad Coral is the only really fresh Extrait, with pear, bergamot, ginger and cedar, and December is a good moment for a clean scent when everything else is spiced. It is also one of our best sellers.

A two-bottle gift that unlocks free NL shipping

In the Netherlands, shipping is free from 75 euros. One bottle costs between 44.99 and 56.99 euros, so two bottles pass 75 euros easily. For example, Amjad Honour and Amjad Coral together cost 89.98 euros, one warm and one fresh, one for each person on your list. Outside the Netherlands there is no free shipping, and the cost is shown at checkout.

Keep the card simple: write the notes, top, heart and base, in three lines. You can send the bottle straight to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

If Christmas is close

Inside two weeks, and outside the Netherlands especially, we cannot promise delivery before Christmas. Do not gamble with a surprise. Order anyway if you like, and give a handwritten card on the day that names the bottle, the notes and when it arrives. It reads as a plan, not an apology. If a bottle shows as sold out, ask to be notified on the product page, and do not build a deadline on the notification.

Can the recipient return a Christmas gift?

The right to withdraw belongs to the person who ordered. They have 14 days from the day the order arrives, and the bottle must be sealed. See the shipping and returns page.
