Written for him versus listed unisex

Qasida Sahm is the only bottle written for him. It is an Eau de Parfum with projection 3 out of 5 and longevity 4 out of 5, listed for autumn and spring, daily wear and evenings. The unisex bottles are not leftovers. They are scents without a label, and many of them are the strongest in the range.

Fresh and fruity

• Sahm: mango, raspberry and ginger up front, then lavender and cedar, then oud and leather. The only one that moves from fruit to dark.

• Qasida Al-Badr: bergamot, nutmeg and cardamom, then iris, sage and cedarwood, then vetiver, tonka and patchouli. Calm, dry and powdery. Daily wear and office.
• Qasida Dunes: olibanum, black and white pepper, then patchouli, cypriol and leather, then sandalwood and labdanum. Pepper, smoke, dry leather. Projection and longevity 4 out of 5.

Al-Badr is the quiet one and Dunes the loud one. Neither is sweet.

Resinous and bold
